I am Rodrigo Nask, a Brazilian software engineer who has been buying ads since 2014. I run Meta ads, landing pages and tracking for B2B, SaaS and coaching businesses as one accountable person, on a system I built myself.
What do I actually do?
I am the growth team a founder keeps trying to hire, in one person. The offer, the pages, the tracking, the ads and the creative run as one system, and I answer for attributed revenue: every demo and sale traced back to the ad that made it. Not leads. Not impressions. Not a monthly PDF with a nice chart.
I run a multiple six-figure agency on my own, with no employees and no junior doing the part that was sold as me. In April 2026, six months into working together, a client offered me $240,000 a year and a fast-track green card to join them full time. I declined. I like my system more than I like commuting.

How did a software engineer end up running ads?
I started buying ads in Brazil in 2014, back when I was writing copy on the side. By 2018 I had run ads for years, and that was the year I stopped scattering and went all in on paid growth. The rule that came out of it still runs everything I do: build the infrastructure and the process that always works, then sit down and do the work.
In 2021 I moved to the UK. In 2025 I cut everything else and niched down to Meta ads, conversion rate optimization and AI systems. Today I spend more than half of my time inside Claude Code, running agents that build the systems behind every client I have. The ads are still mine. The busywork is not.
