Every week I ship changes to the system my clients run on. Every client gets every change, whether they asked for it or not. This is the log. If you want to know what the system is and how a client plugs into it, read how I work first. This page is the changelog, not the brochure.
Week 45 ran from Monday, November 2. Here is what went live by Wednesday.
Nask AI: more ad formats, fewer excuses
Nask AI is the engine that turns a founder’s own words into ad volume. This week it learned a few things it should arguably have known already.
- Carousel ads. Studio now builds carousel groups, you can edit the cards, and they publish to Meta as an ordered carousel. Card three no longer gets to decide it wants to be card one.
- App Promotion for iOS. Nask AI can now publish app install and app event campaigns for an iOS app, including SKAdNetwork campaigns targeted at the app’s minimum OS. If you sell an app, the same system that writes your ads can now point them at the App Store.
- Per-ad links and names. Every ad can carry its own website URL, URL tags and ad name, and they actually reach Meta. One batch can now send ten ads to ten different landing pages without a human copying links at midnight.
- A better approval link. The page clients use to approve ads shows every ad in its real shape, wide ones span two columns, and no tile ever renders blank. Approving 100 ads should feel like reviewing ads, not debugging a gallery.
- Leads as a real table. The Leads page is now sortable and filterable, with a column for every quiz answer and a drawer you can read without squinting.
- Live Ads controls. Targeting edits and bulk link swaps on running ads, from the same place the ads were made.
- A casting rule. Brand docs now state who appears in the ads, and every still-image planner follows it. The brand decides the cast. The model does not get creative about who is in your ad.
A cancelled run that already rendered ads now keeps them too. Throwing away finished work because someone pressed stop was never a feature.
rodrigonask.com: the site caught up with the offer
- A new homepage. One fold that asks what you came for (work with me, or learn with me), a short bio, my book, Nask AI and OrcStrator. Fewer words, more doors.
- A new /services page. The old one is archived. The new one explains the system as a keynote you can watch instead of an accordion nobody opened. If you want the step-by-step version in plain text, that is how I work.
- A diagnostic funnel. A short set of questions before any call, so the call starts with your numbers instead of small talk, and the booking form arrives already filled with your answers. Nobody enjoys typing their website twice.
- A signup page for Claude For Marketing, my community for marketers who want to run their work with AI, with a real lead form instead of a button and a prayer.
OrcStrator: the agents got quieter
OrcStrator is the app I run my agents in, all day, every day. Most of this week’s work was about making it say less.
- Shorter card reports. A finished task now reports in one or two plain lines, with the full text folded behind “more”. Agents love writing essays. I do not love reading them.
- An ultra-compact Orc window and phone pings you can set to No, Urgent or All. Urgent means urgent.
- Beta for Pro accounts. Pro users can switch to the beta from the account menu.
- Stuck chats now go idle when they finish, whatever order the signals arrive in.
New skills
Two new skills joined the system. One turns a company’s website into a 30 second vertical demo video in that company’s own brand, colors and copy. The other walks a funnel end to end, from the ad to the landing page, the form, the calendar and the follow-up emails, and writes up what the buyer actually experiences.
That is week 45. Same time next week, with whatever broke in between fixed and added to the system.
