1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Rodrigo Nask provides growth marketing consulting services for B2B SaaS companies. The specific deliverables, timelines, and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Starting Fee and Month 1
On Revenue Machine and Hands-On CMO, a USD 300 initiation fee is charged at signing. It is non-refundable and a card is kept on file. Month 1 starts the day the ads are live. On day 31 the month 1 fee is charged to the card, unless you cancelled in writing before then, for any reason. Cancelling ends the agreement that day. This applies to businesses with at least USD 100,000 a month in revenue and at least USD 5,000 a month on Meta, a separate test budget of at least USD 2,000 a month, every lead contacted within 1 business day, and only I touching the ad account. If you demand a change to the ad account, pixel, funnel, offer, price, budget, sales team or CRM stages, the right to cancel without paying is void and month 1 is charged in full. From month 2, fees are billed at the end of each month. Agreements signed on earlier terms keep those terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of Rodrigo Nask unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and any other sensitive information.
